¿Por qué durante la navegación en la flecha no se muestra correctamente en el mapa?
Si mientras se navega, la flecha se muestra fuera de la carretera, o si las instrucciones de conducción vocales son recibidas antes de la ubicación en el mapa, estas podrían ser causadas por una de las siguientes cuestiones:
d-360 - El mapa no esta totalmente digitalizado: la actual calle o zona no aparece en el mapa.
d-360 - Los datos del GPS no son suficientemente precisos. Cada receptor GPS tiene un error de localización aceptable. La localización puede verse afectado cuando la señal GPS no está completamente estabilizada, ya sea en la primera conexión con el receptor GPS o después de salir de un largo túnel.

How do I manually pair the mobile phone and GPS receiver?
Please make sure that the Bluetooth service on your mobile phone is turned on.
In order to do that, please select Control panel > Connections > Bluetooth. On the Settings tab please check that the ON option is selected. On the Devices tab, please check whether the GPS is in the list of Bluetooth devices. In case it is not, please use the "Add" option to start searching for all the Bluetooth devices in the area.

¿Cuánto dura la autonomía de la batería de un receptor GPS?
Al igual que GSM, el receptor GPS contiene una batería de litio ion recargable (3,7 V). La autonomía de la batería típica es de 7-8 horas. Puede cargar su dispositivocon el cargador de coche.
Para aumentar la autonomía de la batería, por favor, descarge la bateria por completo las primeras veces.

1. Select Connections > Bluetooth.

To ensure that the pairing is properly established, proceed as follows:
1. In the Devices tab, select Options > Delete all.
2. Establish the pairing again (Options > New paired device)

I have a Nokia N73 phone. I run the Nokia firmware update 4.0726.2.0.1. After firmware update, my phone does not recognize certain GPS receivers (including those that are available in ROUTE 66 web shop).
The problem is beyond the control of ROUTE 66 Mobile 7 software. After the firmware update, Bluetooth version 1.1 devices are not recognized anymore. Bluetooth 2 devices are recognized. Revert back to previous firmware or use only BT devices (i.e. Bluetooth 2) supported by the firmware update.ROUTE 66 no contestará ninguna pregunta hecha a través de nuestra hoja de feed-back. The 'No GPS data' message is displayed on my phone.
Please make sure the batteries of your phone and GPS receiver are fully charged and the distance between your mobile phone and the RoyalTek GPS is as small as possible. Also place the GPS receiver close to a window for a few minutes so as to pick-up the satellite signal.
Also make sure that the Bluetooth service on your mobile phone is turned on.
In case the problem persists, please remove the GPS battery and then retry after around 10 minutes.
