It can happen that the presented map does not give an up-to-date representation of the current road situation.
ROUTE 66 cannot alter the used map data as all corrections can be made by the map supplier itself. The only thing ROUTE 66 can do with respect to these matters is to report the incorrect map areas to the map supplier. Please note that ROUTE 66 does not have any influence on the time taken or the way the map data is corrected.
When a new ROUTE 66 product line is designed, the ROUTE 66 Research and Development department makes great effort in using the most recent map data available at the desired detail level.
Nevertheless, in case you encounter an error in the map, you can report it directly to Navigation Technologies (http://mapreporter.navteq.com/dur-web-external/ ). Please mention ROUTE 66 as 'System Brand'.
New map data will be implemented in future releases of our products.
