The problem has been remedied by the latest Navigate 7 update.
Please follow the steps below:
1. Remove the memory card from the device.
2. Uninstall Navigate 7: Settings > System > Remove Programs > Navigate 7
3. Format the memory card.
4. Install the application from the CD.
5. Before inserting the memory card in the device, run Navigate 7 update from the ROUTE 66 website.
4. Insert memory card and install the application.
