This update only works on the Samsung GT-i8910 phone.


Pre-requisites

- In the main menu of the phone, in the SAMSUNG LBS folder, select the “Navigation” icon. The following message is displayed: “Contents not found. You can download the contents via Samsung web site.”


Installation steps

1) Download the update file and store it on your computer.

2) Connect your phone to your PC in “Mass storage” mode to install the application in the internal memory of the phone.

3) Start the update file on your computer. Select the internal memory drive, NOT the memory card. The application will be installed in the internal memory of the phone.

4) Disconnect your phone from your PC.

5) In the main menu of the phone, in the SAMSUNG LBS folder, select the “Navigation” icon. The installation will start automatically. Follow the installation steps. The installation has been completed successfully as soon as the message “Installation completed” is displayed.

6) After installation, the "Routes" and "Travel guides" icons will appear in the SAMSUNG LBS folder. Start the application by selecting one of these icons or the "Navigation" icon. Next, select "Help > About Mobile" in the main menu. If the update was installed successfully, the application version has been changed into 9.0.21741.21740.
