This update will only work if you have bought a "ROUTE 66 Mobile 8 Windows Mobile" product.

Installation steps

1) Uninstall the old version by selecting "Settings > System > Remove applications".

2) Download the update from our web site and store it on your computer.

3) Insert the memory card into the memory card reader/writer.

4) Start the update on your computer. The update will be installed on the memory card.

5) Remove the memory card from the memory card reader/writer and insert it into the device. The installation will proceed automatically and will take a few seconds.

6) Start ROUTE 66 Mobile 8 WM, open "View" in the main menu and select "About Mobile". If the update was successfully installed, the new version number will be 8.0.6126.
